What We Make
bedding made better
To make our products, we either reuse things (like transforming plastic bottles into fluffy comforter fill) or make new stuff responsibly (like by weaving our sheets from sustainably-grown eucalyptus). Our approach doesn’t mean a compromise on comfort; we think these materials just plain feel better, too!
materials & processes
-
100% recycled polyester
Instead of using cruelly-harvested animal feathers, we divert post-consumer plastic bottles from landfills and transform them into the extra-fluffy fiber inside our Cloud Comforter and Pillow.
-
eucalyptus fiber
Sourced from renewable trees (meaning they grow back) in Austria. Eucalyptus trees also use 10x less water to grow (and transform into fabric) than cotton.
-
closed-loop
Eucalyptus is transformed into a soft and smooth fabric using a virtually waste-free system––meaning over 99% percent of solvents are reused (instead of soaking into the earth or trickling into our oceans).
-
natural dyes
Instead of petroleum based synthetics, we only use plant-based materials in our dyes—like pomegranate, indigo, and turmeric. They’re basically safe enough to eat (but please, try to resist).
-
packaging
All of our packaging is recyclable or compostable. We don’t just focus on where our materials come from and how they’ll fit into your life now, but where they will live in the future.
