Return Policy

All customers are entitled to our 50 night risk free return policy. To be clear, this 50 night policy begins the day your order/items being are delivered to you.

Return shipping is on us (a pre-paid shipping label will be provided to you).

Please email us at hello@buffy.co to initiate a quick and easy return. We reply to everyone within one to two business days. Please remember to add hello@buffy.co to your contacts (to ensure our emails aren't filtered to spam). All returns must be initiated 50 days from the day your item was delivered.

Upon receiving your return in our shipping facility, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Please note that based on the card you used to make your purchase, the refund may take up to a month to show up on your statement.
